How do you Handle Complaints?

If you feel your pool services are not up to satisfaction you need to make sure that when something isn’t right, you have a recourse to get it taken care of. If you can’t talk directly with the owner, I’d look elsewhere. If they can’t explain the problem or offer solutions, or at least be willing to find a solution if they can’t answer the question, you may not want to trust them to take care of your pool with any quality of service. Alpha Omega Pools rarely receives Complaints, if you feel something is wrong with your service, you will speak directly with the owners and the issue will be resolved in a timely manner.
