When you have a question about your Pool, need a repair or have an emergency, and are paying for a Pool Service you shouldn't have to wait to receive assistance. If you have to wait more than a day to get any response, usually that indicates a lack of attention to detail and customer service. There are a few exceptions of course, and some people prefer an email to a phone call, but I’ll usually respond to an email/message within a couple hours if it requires my attention or a response.
